Chloe Howitt BSc MSCP
Chloe has joined the Physio2go® team as a specialist paediatric physiotherapist.
A graduate of Brighton University in 2001 Chloe's practice focuses on treating children (0-12 years) with a variety of neurological, orthopaedic or musculoskeletal conditions. Chloe has worked in the NHS for a number of years treating patients within the community as well as in a hospital setting.
“I have specialised in working with children with cerebral palsy, development delay and talipes. I believe that parents and carers should be included in these sessions; it is a vital part of my role to educate everyone who has a role in supporting the child in the rationale behind their treatments. It is also often possible to train parents and carers in some of the more simple techniques to achieve better results. My experience indicates that making sessions fun, with toys and games appropriate to specific age groups achieves more co-operation and better results.”
Chloe is available to treat patients in her specialist paediatric clinic at Physio2go York Lodge or in the privacy and convenience of the patient's own home.
